Bluff Park is an exciting area halfway between the Belmont Shore and the downtown Long Beach, California area. This is one of my favorite neighborhoods as most of the homes are located within a several block radius to the ocean. Long Beach has a wide variety of neighborhoods from luxury waterfront homes to smaller vintage cottages. Bluff Park is among one of the best neighborhoods with large two story estates that have a lot of charm and character to them.
Real Estate prices in the Bluff Park neighborhood will start at just under $1 million dollars for a charming 1920’s home that features three bedrooms and 1621 square feet of living space. For a larger custom home in this area expect to spend around $1.5 million dollars. There is currently a beautiful Craftsman style home that dates back to the turn of the century and features a classic front porch and two levels of bedrooms. The most expensive homes will be found on Ocean Blvd that face Alamitos Beach which is directly across the street. There are also several smaller condo buildings in this area like Chateau Nadyne and Beach Park which are located near the beach and priced under $600,000.
